Terms of use

• You need an account to leave or find memories, and you must be old enough to use online services where you live.
• Explicit content is available only to adults who opt in and accept the Explicit Content Agreement.

• You keep ownership of what you write and photograph. You let us store and show it to the people you chose.
• Do not leave content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, or that shares someone else’s private information.
• Pornographic images are not allowed in any setting and are refused automatically.
• Mark memories with adult language or mature themes as explicit.

• Pin memories and hunt spots only where people may safely and lawfully go. Never on private property without permission, roads, rail lines or other dangerous places.
• Watch where you walk. Do not use the app while driving.
• Location is approximate: phone GPS can be off by 5 to 20 metres.

• Moderators are responsible for their hunts, clues and any prizes they offer. Tracking Memories does not provide or guarantee prizes.
• Play fair. Faking your location breaks the spirit of the game and may lead to removal.

You can report any memory, photo, person, group or hunt, and block anyone. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms, and you can appeal a decision from the app.
